By 2030, the world will face a shortage of 15 million healthcare workers, and the U.S. population over age 65 is expected to double, creating an urgent need for more providers.
Yet many students, especially those without family in healthcare, lack exposure & guidance to medical careers, mentorship, and opportunities to explore their interests.

how it all started
Inspired by Experience
As co-founders who each earned admission to competitive combined medical programs and medical schools, we recognized the powerful impact that mentorship had on our own journeys. We also understood that many talented students never receive this support simply because they lack access to role models and opportunities in healthcare. As people who have walked this path themselves, we are committed to helping the next generation discover their strengths, broaden their possibilities, and confidently pursue careers in healthcare.
